Founded in 1979, C-dat's mission was to provide advanced software for employee benefits for multi-employer groups. Our first offerings were in the Health and Welfare Administration developing fully integrated systems for:
- Health and Welfare Administration
- Hour Bank Systems for Eligibility
- Dental Claims Adjudication
- Extended Health Adjudication
- Short and Long Term Disability Administration
In the early 1990s we added Pension Administration to our list of Employee Benefit Software. The Pension Administration Software is all-inclusive from initial data collection (based on hour bank or employee earnings) and record keeping through to final determination of employee benefit due to retirement, termination from the plan, or death.
All systems are programmed for the point and click (GUI) environment using Oracle Database - the most common and secure database in the world.
